O10tix.com is a Digital Trust as a service (TaaS) platform for use by any two parties willing to enter into a business transaction that cannot be forged, nor can it be rebuttal. The outcome of this transaction or agreement is a highly authentic, digitally signed (tamper proof) PDF document, where each party is verified by Biometric Handwritten Signature technology. Such a document can be used as the strongest evidence in legal proceedings, in case of a dispute.

Who can use O10tix.com?

Occasional Signees

• Anyone who wants to make sure that the document she/he is about to sign will be an Absolutely Trusted Document (ATD) that cannot be forged thus creating a false claim against oneself.
• Anyone who wants to prevent and effectively defend false claims because of an undertaking given in his name while stealing one's identity using identity theft techniques.

What should I do?

Register & Enroll

Just register and enroll yourself (the process itself is easy and well explained). In result you will receive to your personal email a Unique ID (UID). You should use this UID whenever you need to sign a document which you require as an ATD. Here is what you do next.

Invite the other party

Send your UID to the other party (don’t worry, your UID is also encrypted) with a request to register & enroll or to open an account in O10tix if the other party is an organization (company, government etc.). This way you will be guaranteed with the authenticity of the other party that signs (or just sends) the document which you need to sign.

Organizations

An organization (as vs. a person) needs to subscribe and open an Organization Account in O10tix.com. The organization will be validated by a short vetting procedure. When approved, an account will be set-up with an assigned Organization Administrator who has the credentials to register Organization Users under the same account. The organization will also be assigned with a registered Organization Account on CAS to which customers can be invited to enroll.

Organization users (assigned by their Organization Administrator) can use O10tix.com after logging-in to the account, to do the following:

• Send invitations to Enroll to CAS, to individuals’ mobile devices so they can easily enroll and create their own anonymous encrypted profile.
• Send short text notes as Declarations to be authentically signed by Enrolled Users.
• Upload a Ratification PDF document and send it to be authentically signed by Enrolled Users
• Serve as mediation layer for business applications that need to send PDF documents for authentic signing.
